The Family Bike Ride organization is crowd sourcing bike demos for an event geared towards families who want to transport their littles via bikes. There is usually a mix of cargo bikes and trailer setups. You can fill out a form on their site to indicate what kind of kid-towing options you are interested in seeing, and they try their best to find others in the community to come out and let you test ride and chat about what worked for them.
